The integrated solar panel charges the battery directly on the luminaire. If the solar energy is not sufficient, the 230V mains connection automatically takes over the supply. The battery is charged exclusively via solar power – the mains connection serves as an additional safety feature.

Three operating modes – maximum flexibility

ABRIDOR HYBRID offers three clearly defined settings that can be configured directly on the luminaire. This allows the lighting solution to be flexibly adapted to different areas of application.

Mode 1: Orientation light with sensor

A subtle basic light of 60 lm provides orientation throughout the night – activated as soon as the ambient light falls below 30 lux. If the PIR motion sensor detects movement, the light automatically switches to full light output of 600 lm. After leaving the area, it switches back down again with a delay of 60 seconds. Ideal for paths and outdoor areas with varying usage – energy-efficient and tailored to your needs.

Mode 2: Light only when motion is detected

The light remains off and is only activated when motion is detected – and only if the ambient light falls below 30 lux. If the PIR motion sensor detects motion, it immediately switches to full light output of 600 lm. After leaving the area, it automatically switches off with a delay of 60 seconds. Perfect for rarely used areas or projects with a maximum focus on energy saving.

Mode 3: Constant light

Operation without sensor function with a constant light output of 240 lm – reliable throughout the night. Without PIR control, the luminaire shines constantly and without interruption. Ideal for areas with permanent lighting requirements and clearly calculable lighting requirements – reliable planning and low maintenance.

ABRIDOR HYBRID is available as a bollard luminaire in two heights (600 mm and 1000 mm) and as a wall luminaire. All versions feature a clear, minimalist design and use the same hybrid technology.
