IP protection rating
The IP protection class indicates the suitability of electrical equipment for different environmental conditions.
IK impact resistance rating
The IK impact resistance rating is a measure of the resistance of the housing of electrical equipment to mechanical stress, especially impact stress.
CRI= Colour Rendering Index (colour rendering index Ra). Describes the quality of artificial light compared to daylight (Ra=100) . The higher the value is, the more natural the rendering of illuminated colours.
Number of sockets
Requirement for safety measures in place against electric shocks, applying to electric devices.
Protection category I: Protective earthing
Protection category II: Protective insulation
Protection category III: Protective extra-low voltage
IP = Ingress Protection. Indicates the level of protection for the housing against external influences, in compliance with DIN EN 60529. The first figure describes protection against foreign bodies, the second figure describes protection against water. The higher the individual values are, the higher the respective protection level is.
Shock resistance category
Indicates resistance or impact resistance levels of electrical equipment housings against mechanical wear and tear. The higher the category is, the higher the level of protection.
Indicates which impact energy the light can be exposed to. This value is important, for example when determining if lighting is safe enough to throw balls in sports halls.
